The program is so called for good reason - its authors were the publishers of a series of books about the lifestyle of Skinny Bitch, which instantly conquered the weak half of America. The program consists of four parts for 15 minutes: press, legs, hands and buttocks. All exercises are absolute fusion - here and yoga, and Pilates, and shaping, and plyometrics, and martial arts, and classical aerobics. Between the exercises there is no rest, due to which the aerobic effect is achieved, and the muscles burn with fire. I'm glad that the instructors themselves have a difficult time. The program ends with a five-minute meditation, how difficult and how important it is to find time for yourself and just relax.
